What is #foRLC?

#forLC is MBC's focus on sharing the love of Christ with our community.  We want our neighbors in Lawrence County to know that we love them, we care for them, we want God's best for them, we are FORLC.   Our desire is to show those around us in practical ways that God loves them and so do we! 

Upcoming opportunities to Serve

  • Feed the Teachers - May (various dates)     Feeding our teachers, administrators, and educational professionals.  7 locations.
  • M-Day - May 25     Trash pickup, visiting homebound and nursing home, prayer walking, care bags for our first responders.  Followed by a cookout at the church in the evening. 
  • Pray4LC - beginning May     Praying over every home in Monticello.  As we walk by every house, we pray a blessing over the home and leave a door hanger letting the occupant know they were prayed for.  As we see people as we go, we'll share an encouraging word and prayer for all those we encounter.
